Yes! We start off with a Discovery Call so we can learn more about your project. If determined a fit, we offer a complimentary in-home consultation. In this meeting, we'll work together with you for up to 90 minutes to assess your design needs, discuss priorities and to develop a game plan for your project. We will also provide you with an itemized estimate.

Design-build combines the skill of design with engineering and construction and are all contracted together. The advantage of working with a design-build firm is having an all-in-one experience with more efficient communication from start to finish. If a traditional contractor is hired, you would also need a designer, architect, and engineer to prepare your plans and select your materials. Interviewing and finding the right people can be overwhelming, so hiring a design-build company that does it all can be very beneficial, streamlining the process and saving you time.

Absolutely! Our designers can help you plan your space, select and source your materials. The cost for this service is $175/per hour. We also offer our design services at a flat rate fee (per room) when you hire us to do a complete bathroom or kitchen remodel.

We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards, except American Express. We take a $1,000 deposit to kick off your project. Once the design stage is completed, and we are ready to order materials, we ask for a material deposit. Depending on the size of your project, construction is generally billed in increments, after each stage of the project is complete.

Yes! We are licensed, carry full liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance to protect our employees and clients.

Construction for a typical kitchen project will take between 4-6 weeks from start to finish. Custom cabinetry lead times vary depending on the design and material availability. Wall removal, window/door installation and flooring installation add additional time to a project. The typical scope of work for a kitchen project includes:
