Yes! We start off with a Discovery Call so we can learn more about your project. If determined a fit, we offer a complimentary in-home consultation. In this meeting, we'll work together with you for up to 90 minutes to assess your design needs, discuss priorities and to develop a game plan for your project. We will also provide you with an itemized estimate.

Design-build combines design, architecture, engineering, permitting, and construction under one team. This creates a more streamlined process with clearer communication throughout the project. Instead of hiring and coordinating separate designers, architects, engineers, and contractors, a design-build firm manages the project as one team, helping simplify the process and keep the project moving smoothly from start to finish.

Absolutely! Our designers can help you plan your space, select and source your materials. The cost for this service is $175/per hour. We also offer our design services at a flat rate fee (per room) when you hire us to do a complete bathroom or kitchen remodel.

We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards, except American Express. We take a $1,000 deposit to kick off your project. Once the design stage is completed, and we are ready to order materials, we ask for a material deposit. Depending on the size of your project, construction is generally billed in increments, after each stage of the project is complete.
