Timeless Design, Expert Craftsmanship

Kaveh Zoghi is the Founder/Owner of Eskan Design Build and a licensed General Contractor. A Canadian native and graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, he started his career working alongside his father. He continued to follow his passion for construction by starting his own firm in 2014. Kaveh is personally involved in every project and ensures each client is happy and satisfied with the final product. His other interest is real estate development, and he’s also a licensed Realtor. 

Alena Zoghi is Kaveh’s wife and the Creative Director behind Eskan Design Build. A graduate of Pepperdine University in Advertising/Marketing, she has worked with national brands, touching packaging, photography, e-commerce, and other aspects of visual communications. Alena’s love of all things design, combined with her expertise in creative operations, led her to join forces with her husband, Kaveh. Her passion lies in reimagining homes, bringing them to their full potential through thoughtful design and immaculate detail.
